Wie retournierst Du einen Artikel?
Gib Deine Ordernummer und Deine E-Mail-Adresse in die dafür vorgesehenen Felder ein und klicke auf Start.
Folge den Anweisungen und wähle den/die Artikel aus, den/die Du zurückgegeben möchtest. Im Anschluss erhältst Du eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail.
Sobald Deine Rücksendung autorisiert wurde, bekommst Du die nötigen Informationen für den Rückversand.
Bitte beachte, dass wir kein Retoure-Labels zur Verfügung stellen; für den Rückversand Deiner Artikel bist Du verantwortlich.
Wie reklamierst Du einen Artikel?
Gib Deine Ordernummer und Deine E-Mail-Adresse in die dafür vorgesehenen Felder ein und klicke auf "Start".
Wähle im nächsten Schritt den Artikel aus, den Du reklamieren willst.
Wähle nun den passenden Grund Deiner Reklamation (Mangelhafter Artikel / Anderer Artikel als bestellt); hinterlege im Feld Notes eine kurze Beschreibung Deines Reklamations-Falls.
Solltest Du eine Reklamation aufgrund eines Mangels anmelden wollen, belege diesen Mangel bitte im nächsten Schritt mit Foto(s), das/die diesen deutlich erkennbar dokumentieren. Nutze hierfür den Button Add images unter den Additional notes.

Was musst Du beachten?
Die Rückgabefrist beträgt 14 Tage.
Die Artikel müssen im Originalzustand sein; d.h.: ungewaschen, ungetragen und mit dem KALIAA Collective Hang-Tag versehen
Wir nehmen nur Artikel frei von Gebrauchsspuren zurück. Wir behalten uns vor Artikel, die nicht in angegebenem Zustand sind auf Kosten des/der Kund*in zurückzusenden.
Kommen mit einer Retoure Kosten auf Dich zu?
Nein, generell entstehen Dir keine Kosten für die Abwicklung Deiner Retoure. Du bist lediglich verantwortlich für die Rücksendung Deiner Artikel - KALIAA Collective übernimmt keine Versandkosten für die Rücksendung.
Wie schnell kannst Du mit Deiner Rückerstattung rechnen?
Ab dem Eingang Deiner Retoure bei uns kannst Du mit einer Rückerstattung innerhalb von 2 -10 Werktagen rechnen.

How to claim a defect?

Please choose now the reason for your claim (Defect item: Mangelhafter Artikel / Different item than ordered: Anderer Artikel als bestellt); make sure to leave a short desciption of your case in the field Notes.

What do you need to consider?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition with the original KALIAA Collective hang-tag.
The items must not be used, washed or worn.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no handling costs for your return. You just have to pay the charges for the return shipping, KALIAA Collective does not cover your return shipping costs.
